-> Our facilities are located only 750M away from Türkiye-Bulgarian border. You could either drive by, or call us for our shuttle service for a pickup.You can park your vehicle at our “Welcome Center” located on the Turkish side, and we can provide transportation to our Hotel-Casino with our luxury vehicles driven by experienced chauffeurs. This way, you can avoid the hassle of green insurance and Bulgarian highway toll payments, while enjoying a fast border

->No. Smoking in our rooms is prohibited by Bulgarian laws.

7) What time can we check in the our room ?

->Our regular checking time is 2.00 PM. You always have a chance to early check in to the rooms subject to our availability.

8) What is the check out time ?

->Our regular check out time is is 2:00 PM. You could always late check out of the hotel subject to availability.

9) Is there additional an bed ? How much will it cost ?

->Yes we have limited avaliabilty. It will cost half of your room rate.

10) Can you recommend nearby restaurants ?

->Yes. Please ask our reception agents for to make reservation.

12) Is there stairway access to the rooms ?

->Yes. Please ask for help from our staff, who will be happy to direct you.

 13) How can we take vignettes ?

-> After crossing the Turkish-Bulgarian border you could easily purchase from the first office on your left hand side building or you can buy from the closest Gas Station. There is also e-vignette system available.

14)Do you have laundry service ? 

->Yes we do have a laundry service. You can ask for help and information from our staff at all times during your stay
